What I do

End-to-end capabilities

My expertise lies across the design lifecycle.

As AI has moved further into the design process, I have had to rewrite my own protocol for building and testing: defining explicit guidelines that keep the tools inside the bounds of what is being made, and verifying what they produce before shipping it.

Research findings, design decisions and evaluation are mine to define. Speed is where the AI tools earn their place.

  1. I define what gets built before the project starts. This involves stakeholder alignment, competitive and landscape analysis, MVP scoping, and defining the success criteria we measure against, all within the real constraints of timeline, budget and team.

  2. I run mixed-methods research with users and identify insights a team can act on; qualitative depth where it matters, quantitative evidence where it counts. Constraints shape the method: timelines, budget and available participants decide what can be asked and what data is worth collecting.

  3. I design end-to-end user flows, information architecture, wireframes and then high-fidelity prototypes, built on scalable design systems with accessibility handled from the start. With the introduction of vibe-coding platforms, once the flows and structures are defined, I have been able to ideate and build wireframes quickly, and then work more closely on the high-fidelity aspects myself.

  4. I validate designs with users and measure what happens. Task completion, time on task, and error patterns become prioritised recommendations, not opinions.

    • Moderated and unmoderated testing
    • Participant recruitment
    • Benchmark tasks
    • Within- and between-subjects studies
    • Heuristic evaluation

  5. My engineering background means I have built and shipped directly in Webflow, Drupal and custom JavaScript. More recently I use Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex to build complete React systems, front end through database, from a clearly defined requirements document. It has widened what I can build alone, and blurred the line between a Figma prototype and a working product I can test with.

I can do it all, and that’s my strength.

What people I’ve worked with say

We contracted with Preeti to play a major role in the creation of our online presence, including website development, graphical branding and messaging… On-time, high quality delivery was never a question. But she also consistently came back with creative new solutions or suggestions to improve our implementation and execution. Her keen eye for excellent design and attention to detail stood out among other options we considered.

Open to full-time roles

Reach out for a coffee chat.

I’m looking for full-time product design and UX research roles, and I’m happy to relocate.

If you have something that needs research behind it and someone who can take it all the way to a shipped interface, I’d like to hear about it. In person over actual coffee, or virtually — whichever is easier.
